Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Master- Business administration qualification an advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Beauty, spa therapist qualification an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, implement and update business and marketing plans.
∎ Manage the financial budget, control costs and prepare revenue and expense reports.
∎ Supervise daily spa operations and liaise with hotel to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and service standards are upheld.
∎ Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu.
∎ Manage client feedback.
∎ Deal directly with customers by answering queries, attending to them when customers enter the spa and orienting them of spa services.
∎ Fulfill all client services in a professional, correct, orderly and efficient manner and observe quality control in all aspects of operation and promote.
∎ Performance evaluation and discipline of staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Three (3) years spa management experience in an international standard spa.
∎ Computer literate (mid-advanced level)
∎ Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
∎ Highly responsible & reliable.
∎ Operations management.
∎ Financial reporting.
∎ Public relations and marketing.
∎ Retail management.
∎ Customer service.
∎ Industry analysis.

Salary: Negotiable
