  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.

  • Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.

  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, acting as the primary leader.

  • ⁠Supervise, train, and mentor all kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and discipline.

  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment while resolving conflicts.

  • ⁠Plan and design menus, considering seasonality, customer preferences, and cost control.

  • Innovate new recipes and update the menu regularly.

  • Manage stock levels, storage, and rotation to minimize waste and spoilage.

  • Control food costs and kitchen expenses.

  • ⁠Assist in pricing dishes to balance profitability and customer value.

  • Train staff in proper food handling and sanitation practices.
