What we’re looking for

• 2 to 3 years of professional software development experience (frontend, backend or full-stack).
• Solid proficiency in React.js (component-based architecture, hooks, state management).
• Good knowledge of Django framework, RESTful API development, ORM and database fundamentals.
• Comfortable working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient queries.
• Good grasp of HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
• A smart and innovative mindset — you proactively seek solutions, challenge assumptions, and contribute beyond just writing code.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• [Optional but preferred] Experience with UI frameworks (e.g., Material-UI, Bootstrap), Docker, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP) or CI/CD pipelines.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop and maintain user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.

• Build and support backend services and APIs using Django (Python).

• Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to translate requirements into scalable software.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning and deploying applications.

• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.

• Contribute ideas to improve architecture, user experience and development workflows.

• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and best practices, and apply them when relevant.
