• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployment.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Trello) and Agile methodologies.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager who will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable web and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, PostgreSQL, React, and AWS, along with a solid understanding of AI tools and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality applications on time.

• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core and React.

• Proven experience in AWS cloud architecture & deployment.

• Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).

• Integrate and utilize AI/ML tools or APIs to enhance system intelligence and automation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, priorities, and technical strategies.

• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for effective project management.

• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues when necessary.
