Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Work/Social Welfare/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Social Science, not less than 2nd Division/Class in any Public Examination.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support children & youth in building reliable and long-term relationship.
∎ Contact and maintain liaison on regular basis with schools, college, universities and other educational institutions for the interest of youths.
∎ Maintain regular contact with youth those are living in boarding houses/hostels and support them according to their needs including maintaining records.
∎ Involve with the youth in the process of their integration & empowerment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have proficiency in English language.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer applications.
∎ Good communication skills, proactive, team player and willingness to work with children.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After probation period, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance as per existing policy of the organization.
