Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies for the company, including content creation, posting, scheduling, and monitoring.
∎ Create and maintain an engaging social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers in the industry.
∎ Create and post compelling social media campaigns that attract and engage followers, develop new audiences, and drive traffic to the company's website.
∎ Coordinating with other teams within the company, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive message across all channels.
∎ Identify opportunities for growth and engagement on social media and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
∎ Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our social media presence is always innovative and competitive.
∎ Manage and respond to customer queries, concerns, and feedback on social media platforms.
∎ Ensure that all social media activity aligns with the company's values, goals, and branding standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Additional Transport Allowance will be given in weekly basis.
