Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field.
Requirements:

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
∎ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
∎ Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop.
∎ In Design Quark, and Illustrator.
∎ A strong eye for visual composition.
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
∎ Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
∎ Experience with computer-aided design.
∎ Expertise in multiple social media platforms
∎ Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
∎ Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
∎ Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Multitasking and analytical skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
∎ Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
∎ Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
∎ Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
∎ Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
∎ Communicating with clients about layout and design.
∎ Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photo shop.
∎ Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
∎ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
∎ Interacting with the audience through comments, messages, and other engagement methods.
∎ Building and maintaining a strong online community.
∎ Monitoring and addressing social media mentions and feedback.
∎ Assisting in the development and implementation of social media strategies.
∎ Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
∎ Making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
∎ Staying updated on social media trends and platform changes.
∎ Collaborating with other team members (Marketing, Sales, etc.).
∎ Managing Social media budgets (if applicable).
