Job Context
ZF E-Mart is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, ensure sales growth, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall showroom operations and staff supervision
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain
Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product presentation
Train, guide, and motivate sales team members
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance analysis
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
