Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure efficient daily operations of the showroom.
Manage and supervise showroom employees effectively.
Instruct and guide the marketing and sales teams.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
Train the showroom team to increase sales performance.
Maintain proper inventory and product stock in the showroom.
Ensure proper product display and maintain showroom cleanliness.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
Increase showroom revenue by selling AC, PLS, and other related products.
Monitor product condition and maintain showroom equipment.
