∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Customer Support/ Client Service, Good knowledge in Batkhara, Public Relation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Handling Distributors or Dealers
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Development Agency
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet customers who attend the showroom in a friendly and professional manner and provide first rate customer service.
∎ Assist customers face to face, on the telephone and by email with a range of fireplace/ worktop design, sales and after sales queries.
∎ Raise purchase orders and liaise with external suppliers.
∎ Provide first rate customer service through all stages of the purchase.
∎ Actively keep customers up to date regarding their installation, orders and delivery.
∎ Handling customer payments.
∎ Carry out all associated administrative tasks such as keeping and updating customer records, ordering and displaying brochures, filing estimates and quotes etc
∎ Keep the showroom and all work areas clean tidy and free of hazards
∎ Adhere to health and safety protocols.
∎ To undertake any other duties commensurate with the purpose and remit of the post.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Must have basic knowledge in Building Materials

Salary: Negotiable
