Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring and monitoring area wise order invoice gate pass and volume delivery.
Supervise daily finished goods (FG) receiving, storage, and issuing activities.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per delivery plans.
Coordinate with transporters and ensure proper vehicle loading.
Manage team members to execute distributions within deadlines.
Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.
Prepare shift reports (stock movement, dispatch status, issues).
Verify delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
Maintain documentations for product received and shipped.
