Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• 3 to 4 years

• Age 20 to 50 years

• Interpret verbal communication between Chinese (Mandarin) and English/Bengali accurately and effectively.

• Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese expatriates and local employees.

• Provide interpretation during meetings, training sessions, factory visits, and business discussions.

• Translate documents, emails, reports, manuals, and other business-related materials as required.

• Assist Chinese management in communicating work instructions, production updates, and operational matters.

• Support coordination between different departments to ensure effective communication.

• Accompany Chinese visitors, clients, or business partners during meetings, site visits, and official events.

• Maintain confidentiality of all business, technical, and personal information.

• Help resolve communication barriers and minimize misunderstandings between teams.

• Prepare and maintain translation records, meeting notes, and other relevant documentation when required.

• Provide cultural and language support to improve collaboration between Chinese and local staff.

• Perform other interpretation and administrative duties assigned by management.
