Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to knowledge and experience of Single needle, Double needle, Three head sewing machine, Kansai, Zig-zag, Juki, Brother, Sunstar, Singer, Zoje and other machine repair and troubleshooting.
∎ Adjusting sewing machine parts.
∎ Regulating the length and stroke of the needle (Adjustment).
∎ Setting the timing.Cleaning and oiling regularly.
∎ Changing spare parts.
∎ Inspecting shafts and belts and repairing broken transmission belts and motors.
∎ Checking stitch quality.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and provide solutions.
∎ Ensuring that sewing machines are operating efficiently and effectively.
∎ Keeping accurate records of service history, repairs, maintenance and other work as required.
∎ We are looking for a Sewing Machine Technician who specialized in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of industrial and domestic sewing machines.
∎ Have to knowledge and experience of Single needle, Double needle, Three head sewing machine, Kansai, Zig-zag, Juki, Brother, Sunstar, Singer, Zoje and other machine repair and troubleshooting.
