∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in repairing and servicing relevant devices. Proven expertise in IT hardware and one or more additional product categories (e.g., Solar/IPS, CCTV).
∎ Knowledge of electronic circuit, wiring diagram, and schematic drawing.
∎ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Proficiency in handling tools and diagnostic software.
∎ Familiarity with relevant safety standard and protocol.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
∎ Replace, repair critical components like motherboard, CPU, RAM, and hard drives.
∎ Perform system upgrade, BIOS configuration, and OS installations.
∎ Test and optimize device performance post-repair.
∎ Providing Out door service (Corporate Support)
∎ Conduct diagnostics, repair on e-bike motor, batteries, & control systems.
∎ Calibrate speed sensor, display panel, and electrical component.
∎ Ensure safety compliance and functionality of e-bikes post-service.
∎ Providing Out door service
∎ Install, maintain, troubleshoot solar power system and inverter.
∎ Inspect and replace batteries, panel, and circuit board.
∎ Conduct load testing and optimize energy efficiency.
∎ Providing Out door service
∎ Install and configure CCTV camera, DVR/NVR system & access control device.
∎ Diagnose and resolve connectivity, power, & recording issues.
∎ Provide system upgrade, firmware update, & remote access solution.

∎ The Service Expert/Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for a range of products, including computers/laptops, e-bikes, solar/IPS systems, and CCTV/access control systems. The role involves diagnosing issues, repairing devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical challenges effectively.
∎ IT Hardware (Computer/Laptop - Level 3/4):
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
