Responsibilities & Context: - Daily job assigns and follow up with serviceman and communicate with customers, dealers, Salespeople, and other related persons. Maintain team members administratively.
- Monthly service report (Product Model, Category and District wise max problem, Indoor service, Technician performance report & Evaluation Report).
- Complain feedback entry on Service software.
- Daily person-wise working report submit to service Monitoring/ Coordinator.
- Follow-up for pending complaints and service people monitoring. Sales return / Replace issue investigation and finally processing.
- Missing issue investigation and finally processing.
- The daily pick & drop service maintains. Service cost minimization. Warranty checking.
- Technician & Third-party bill checking.
- Monthly Meeting arranges with the technician.
- Maintain spare Parts stocks.
- Feedback calls should be taken daily with every customer for smooth service and future service.
- Administrative work & also do other additional work as assigned upon you by management.
