∎ Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations.
∎ Follow safety protocols and company standards.
∎ Stay updated on new automotive technologies and techniques.
∎ 5-7 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance and repair.
∎ Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
∎ Experience with hybrid vehicles.
∎ Familiarity with dent repair and painting is a plus.

∎ Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
