Responsibilities & Context:

∎ We are looking for a highly skilled and driven SEO Specialist to manage SEO initiatives across our core operational websites and clients’ websites. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of crafting and executing SEO strategies that enhance search engine visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve user experience.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, current search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends. You will be instrumental in transforming each website into a high-performing digital asset aligned with business goals.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and execute customized SEO strategies for both in-house and client websites.
∎ • Implement on-site SEO practices including keyword optimization, metadata improvement, internal linking, URL structuring, and content recommendations.
∎ • Manage off-site SEO efforts such as backlink strategies, guest posting, digital PR, and outreach.
∎ • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits using advanced tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
∎ • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
∎ • Collaborate with web developers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment across all digital touchpoints.
∎ • Optimize websites for mobile performance, Core Web Vitals, and structured data/schema markup.
∎ • Stay informed on the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO innovations, and industry trends.
∎ • Lead local SEO, eCommerce SEO, and multilingual SEO optimization as needed.
∎ • Ensure all strategies align with the organization’s broader digital marketing and growth objectives.

∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
∎ • Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google tools will be considered an asset.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with measurable success in organic growth.
∎ • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
∎ • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
∎ • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, or Wix.
∎ • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
∎ • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
∎ • Experience in optimizing for mobile, local search, and eCommerce platforms.
∎ • Familiarity with structured data (schema.org), Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
