Job Context:
∎ Technovicinity Limited is looking for some dynamic, sharp & dedicated SEO & SMM specialists. As an SEO & SMM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize website visibility and enhance social media presence. Your role will involve improving organic search rankings, driving website traffic, and increasing engagement and conversions through social media platforms.
∎ You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure that SEO and SMM strategies align with overall business objectives. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and social media platform updates will be essential to continuously adapt and refine strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute SEO strategies: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, analyze website performance, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
∎ Manage social media presence: Create and manage social media profiles, develop content calendars, curate engaging content, monitor social media platforms, respond to customer inquiries, and grow follower base.
∎ Content optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize web pages, blog posts, and other digital assets for search engines, ensuring they are keyword-rich, informative, and aligned with SEO goals.
∎ Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor website analytics, SEO ranking tools, and social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of emerging SEO and SMM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance strategies and tactics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Search Engine Optimization, online marketing, digital marketing, Direct Marketing
∎ Skills Required: SEO, Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Campaign, Direct Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ Proven experience as an SEO & SMM Specialist or similar role, with a track record of driving organic search traffic and engagement through social media channels.
∎ In-depth understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and website analytics tools.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenges.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, social media trends, and industry developments.
