∎ The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and captivate the consumer while creating a consistent brand representation across all materials in Bangladesh. This role will develop creative ideas and concepts to suit project objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creates visual artwork for social media, websites etc. to communicate to and captivate target consumers.
∎ Build upon current design of the materials from HQ while adhering to the OnePlus brand standards (social media, website etc.) to localize design work to meet Bangladesh aesthetics.
∎ Collaborates with Digital Manager in full-cycle development of graphics from research and strategy to art direction and creation.
∎ Maintain consistent graphic and illustration standards and database for all content.
∎ Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints.
∎ Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ 2+ years of experience in graphic design and illustration skill for marketing materials, social media and EC website.
∎ Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude is important.
∎ Strong attention to detail when finalizing designs.
∎ Skilled use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Premier, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office and other current design applications.
∎ Ability to work independently on a variety of projects under pressure, as well as collaboratively with team members in effectively communications.
∎ Bilingual oral and written communication skills in English is preferred.
