• Proficiency in MS Office, Portal Management, and CRM systems.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced (Senior Student Counselor) to join our team! If you are passionate about guiding students toward international higher education opportunities and ensuring a smooth application process, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study programs, universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Assist students in selecting the right course and university based on their academic background and career goals.
• Handle end-to-end application processes, including document preparation and university submissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Stay updated on global education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops for students and parents.
• Manage a team of junior counselors and provide necessary training.
• Address student queries via email, phone, or in-person consultations.
