Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide telephonic counseling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk into the office for counseling.
∎ Capable of maintaining a good relationship with students/parents & local/int’l agents.
∎ Ability to take challenges to explore new opportunities and must have the capability to work under pressure based on the target.
∎ Patience, time knowledge, and teamwork capabilities needed to reach marketing goals.
∎ Presenting info on social media through photo/video shoots or FB live.
∎ Connectivity with clients through social media & convincing through telemarketing.
∎ Preparing SOP, CV, and Cover Letter when task assigned.
∎ Ready to go the extra mile to assist students.
∎ Meet foreign university delegates.
∎ Representing the company during fairs and events.
∎ Completing tasks assigned by management.
∎ Acknowledge the students with the application requirements.
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for university applications.
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students.
∎ Communicate with clients regarding their application progress.
∎ Student counseling, follow-up calls, & emails.
