Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Brief the students and guardians over the phone and face to face about the admission procedure of foreign universities.
∎ Inspire Students to visit our office and to get free counseling session
∎ Provide in-depth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other university-related matters.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and in front.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Should be target achievers, goal-oriented, and must be punctual.
∎ Must be comfortable with video presentations for promoting service.
