Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities – Senior Counsellor

• Provide guidance to students regarding international study opportunities and career pathways.

• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and study destinations based on their academic background and career goals.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and existing students to ensure effective counselling support.

• Support students throughout the admission and application process, including documentation and submission procedures.

• Build strong relationships with students and provide professional counselling services.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve organisational goals and maintain service quality.

• Handle multiple student cases efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

• Stay updated with current trends and opportunities in the Study Abroad industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Study Abroad industry.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

• Passion for student counselling and the Study Abroad sector.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
