The successful candidate is required to have a terminal (doctoral) degree from a highly reputed university in a field related to the discipline/area of teaching and evidence of potential/actual (commensurate with the rank) research/professional engagement related to that area. In addition, those with a master's degree related to the field of teaching (1) and with substantial industry experience in duration (minimum 5 years full-time equivalent) and responsibility and preferably with professional certification and/or evidence of potential/actual (commensurate with the rank) research or (2) at an advance stage of PhD degree will be considered at an appropriate rank.
