Role & Responsibilities

The Project Director will play a strategic leadership role in planning, developing, coordinating, and facilitating all activities related to the establishment of the proposed university. The incumbent will work directly under the guidance of the President of REHAB.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and drafting the complete Project Proposal for the establishment of the university;

• Developing and organizing all required legal, academic, administrative, financial, and regulatory documentation;

• Coordinating with relevant Government Ministries, UGC, competent authorities, and regulatory agencies;

• Facilitating compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedural requirements;

• Assisting in the development of the university’s governance structure, institutional framework, and operational roadmap;

• Preparing policies, institutional documents, statutes, and administrative frameworks necessary for approval and operational readiness;

• Liaising with stakeholders, advisors, policymakers, and relevant institutions to expedite project progress;

Performing any other assignments related to the successful establishment of the university as assigned by REHAB authority.
