∎ At least Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting comprehensive assessments of security and traffic safety at Brac University
∎ Developing and implementing a security plan for the University
∎ Working closely with the Proctor's Office to support student security and safety matters
∎ Interfacing with a complex range of internal and external stakeholders, including "thanas" and various security agencies to provide a secure and safe environment for the Brac University community.
∎ Supervising on campus security personnel, with the help of a competent security management team
∎ Providing periodic reports on security matters to senior management
∎ Maintaining a highly responsive security team and ensuring that they are the first-responders to security events.
∎ Proactively planning security response activities to ensure security-related incidents do not occur

Additional Requirements:
∎ An experienced people manager, with high levels of leadership skills
∎ At least 7 years' experience in the field of security and logistics management
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla, both speaking & writing is must
∎ Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
