Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post-Graduate degree (preferably English/ Economics/ Development Studies/Business Studies) from a reputed local/international university;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track local and international development projects through various web portals and internet search tools.
∎ Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals for assignments under projects and programs of GOB and various development partners.
∎ Assist Project Managers/Bid Managers in implementing assignments.
∎ Track/ Research local and international development projects.
∎ Prepare and submit proposals for assignments under projects and programs of GoB and various development partners.
∎ Understanding the development plan of the government and the development project concept.
∎ Understanding funding policy and requirements of the development partners.
∎ Communicate and establish liaisons with international and national organizations.
∎ Assist Project Managers/Bid Managers in implementing assignments.
∎ Browse/search the internet to collect information on projects, topics, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Prior experience in technical writing/consulting proposal writing. Preference will be given to familiarity with GoB, WB, and ADB consulting proposal formats.
∎ At least 5 years prior experience in working for reputed local/ international development consulting organization/s.
∎ Strong English writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and effectively;
∎ Proficiency in formatting and proofreading (MS Word/Excel), MS Office computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks;
∎ Excellent team player;
∎ Willingness to work long hours, meet strict deadlines under enormous time constraints;
