A Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic credentials in Business Studies or in relevant field from a reputed University. Master’s preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role is preferable
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in MS Office and the use of the Internet; graphic design skills would be desirable
Knowledge of, or the ability to learn university policies and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail
Flexible approach to work and commitment to good service
Familiarity with academic records and student information systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Support to develop and implementation of effective student recruitment and outreach plans and activities
Contribute insight and expertise to assist with campaign planning, monitoring and evaluation
Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleagues, community organizations, industrial and business partners etc.
Organize and participate in recruitment, outreach and conversion activities and to represent the University internally and externally
Deliver presentations, workshops, advice sessions and campus tours etc. to raise awareness and aspirations and support recruitment activity
Develop effective outreach materials, including digital content and hard copy materials
Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to prospective students
Follow up with admission offer holders, offering information and guidance to support decision-making process and entry to the university
Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, outcomes and recommendations for development
Monitor the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and campaigns through data analysis, market intelligence etc.
