KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and oversee administrative operations of the Registrar's Office, ensuring academic standards and monitoring student progress in line with regulations.
Support the Student Service Wing by maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and policy compliance in academic records.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to academic queries and information.
Arrange meetings and discussions with students and guardians to communicate decisions as directed by the Academic Council's Working Group.
Respond to inquiries from students, faculty and staff regarding academic policies, procedures and regulations.
Help prepare and share academic policy information with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage scheduling of meetings for the Academic Council's Working Group and related bodies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies for academic records and student information systems.
Monitor and update student progress records while ensuring compliance with academic policies and standards.
Prepare reports and other administrative documents as required.
