Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Senior Officer, People Operations is a key member of the HR/People Operations team, responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, People Operations (Head of People Operations) in managing various HR functions. These include overseeing hiring, employee retention, staff development, terminations, personnel record management, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term workforce planning. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, People Operations (Head of People Operations).
