Job Context:
∎ Begum Gul Chemonara (BGC) Trust located at 34 km away from Chattogram City in a place popularly known as BGC Bidyanagar, Chandanaish, Chattogram, invites application for the position of Senior Officer (Legal & Estate) for immediate appointment.
∎ The purpose of the position is to carry out Legal & Estate related work to attain organizational goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Giving Legal opinion after vetting and search of land deeds, chain of ownership etc and record of rights
∎ To organise and create DAG wise files for land already procured by the Trust organisations
∎ To coordinate land related all legal and estate related matter & Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies. Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. Organization
∎ Maintaining all land related file and other valuable documents and prepare land report
∎ Maintaining land related case report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ experience in related field in Group of Companies, Land Documentation, Land Law, Legal Affairs, Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate
