∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Applicants must be completed CA-CC from a top big & reputable CA company in Bangladesh;
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify the register of shift wise product received from production dept. and prepare product reconciliation.
∎ Verify the co-ordination process of related department managers to determine transport requirements and schedule transport accordingly.
∎ Verify distribution as per DO list send by head office Mkt Dept. and prepare monthly reconciliation.
∎ Confirm the dealer/distribution accounts balance and prepare reconciliation.
∎ Keep transportation operations within budget / PO without compromising efficiency and reporting.
∎ Report for service, maintenance, and safety inspections of vehicles regularly.
∎ Ensure all vehicles are regularly inspected (tires, tire pressure, fluid levels, etc.) and are kept in good working condition.
∎ Check before using the vehicles are maintaining proper hygiene standard for carrying certain food products.
∎ Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of compliance;
∎ Install and maintain the Vehicle Management System (VMS); ensure that data is input and updated regularly and required reports are produced.
∎ Evaluate driver's performance, deal with employee queries, and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Contribute to the development and execution of service contracts (if any) with appointed distributors;
∎ Develop sales and distribution plans for products in the warehouse and give suggestion to implement efficient and effective models of product distribution;
∎ Coordinate with the distribution management to avoid products stock out at sales outlets by developing and implementing a product stock monitoring plan;
∎ Conduct pre-site visit preparations, including development of checklists and site visit plans;
∎ Evaluate the proper use of company vehicles and report for future improvement.
∎ Verify the debtors aging statement and monitor the credit limit in order and report it to dept. head monthly.
∎ Verify the regular vehicles requisition sheet with company vehicles and vendors vehicles.
∎ Give focus on cost reduction by improving area of operations.
∎ Perform other project work related duties as assigned by the supervisor and management.
∎ Recommend appropriate level of controls to prevent excess, duplicate and wrong issues.
∎ Recommend controls to prevent and detect fraud and initiate fraud awareness or compliance programs to improve the organization's culture.
∎ Identify the scope of improvement and the way of cost reduction and report it to dept head.
∎ Report on overall effectiveness of Internal Control, Risk Management and governance to head of internal audit.
∎ Reporting after conducting any sorts of audit or investigation
∎ Follow up on implementation of audit findings
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the said position in the Bakers/Food industry.
∎ Must be able to work independently and capable of managing multiple audit operations.
