Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly) and requesting disbursement.
∎ Maintained Daily Accounts.
∎ Prepare the periodical financial statements & reports.
∎ Prepare periodical financial analysis that indicates the financial status of the company.
∎ Prepare all financial statement & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audit.
∎ Perform month end and yearly financial closing activities.
∎ To maintain stock and reconciliation and dealing with Bank transaction & reconciliation as monthly basis.
∎ Prepare & submit monthly financial statement as per management requirement.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labor Law and Company Act.
∎ To supervise the audit program & lead the assigned audit team and taking the responsibility of planning, executing and managing the audit program.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge of ERP softwire.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
