Senior Odoo Developer

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline.

Relevant professional experience and strong technical skills may be considered alongside academic qualifications.

Experience in RMG / Garments / Manufacturing ERP implementation will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP development and customization.Good proficiency in Python.

Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, XML and QWeb.

Working knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Experience with Odoo API and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of Git / version control.

Understanding of ERP business processes.

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Develop, customize and maintain Odoo ERP modules according to business requirements.

Develop and modify Odoo modules using Python, XML and Odoo ORM.

Customize Odoo workflows, forms, reports, views and business processes.

Develop integrations between Odoo and other systems or applications.

Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases.

Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo technical and functional issues.

Perform system testing, debugging and deployment.

Support data migration and system configuration.

Develop automated reports and business process solutions.

Coordinate with Accounts & Finance, HR & Admin, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Production, Store and other departments to understand ERP requirements.

Provide technical support and training to Odoo users.

Maintain technical documentation for custom modules and system changes.

Monitor system performance, security and data integrity.

Participate in ERP implementation and process improvement projects.
