Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Report to the department head every three days and provide weekly reports.
Comprehensive expertise in garment construction and sewing methodologies across various product categories.
Knowledge of pattern development and grading techniques to support accurate garment fit and sizing.
Understand fabric behavior, including drape, stretch, shrinkage, and performance characteristics.
Develop, interpret, and manage technical documentation, including technical specification sheets (Tech Packs), grading rules, measurement charts, construction details, and product blueprints.
Understand apparel manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with design, product development, and production teams to achieve optimal fit, functionality, and commercial viability.
