Responsibilities & Context
Develop comprehensive architectural layouts, floor plans, and 3D design proposals.
Prepare structural-coordinated working drawings for site execution.
Coordinate regulatory submission drawings and ensure compliance with local building codes.
Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure structural compliance and quality standards.
3+ years of practical experience .
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and reading structural engineering details.
