Responsibilities & Context
Sales Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and closing.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project briefings to potential customers.
Conduct client meetings, property tours, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for agreement signing, documentation, and payment follow-up.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).
Coordinate with the marketing team to design promotional content, brochures, videos, and social media materials.
Support lead generation initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, and segmentation.
Organize and participate in property fairs, corporate events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in project positioning.
Team & Coordination:
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.
Work closely with the project development and customer service teams to align sales strategies with project progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structure, and approval processes.
