Experience:

• Bachelor`s degree in graphic arts, and design is preferable

Key Qualifications:

• Expertise in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and 3D software.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives, with a keen eye for storytelling and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

• A creative mind that is highly passionate about motion graphics and video editing.

• Knowledge of standard software packages like Google Workspace, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent writing and typing skills in English and Bengali.

• Knowledge of current design trends

Experience Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design and in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D video editing software.

As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will lead the creation of immersive narratives and visually compelling contents. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute projects that effectively resonate with our audience and convey our brand message.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to develop visually appealing concepts that match project goals and brand standards.

• Use industry-standard software to bring ideas to life with text, images, and animation.

• Stay updated on new trends in motion graphics to keep our visual content fresh and impactful.

• Support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Assist with agency briefs and maintain communication with colleagues to brainstorm and create marketing collateral.
