∎ Age 26 to 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review target vs receiving plan and chase design managers for pending samples as per occasions/ months wise.
∎ Chase designers to get required work for production floor.
∎ Chase procurement team to get pending accessories.
∎ Sourcing RM along with producers and supplier as per requirement.
∎ Negotiate Price and Delivery with suppliers and producers.
∎ Work with factory team regarding delivery and production related issues.
∎ Weekly meeting with merchants to get production status.
∎ Chase for ontime payment to supplier & producers for smooth goods delivery.
∎ Review production cost prior submitting production costing to operation team.
∎ Work with operation and warehouse team to advise styles to be sent to outlet.
∎ Visit producers & suppliers for production followup, resolving issues and discuss for future progress.
∎ Internal & external communication with designer and production team.
∎ Maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).
∎ Prepare the order costing, price quoting and local purchase orders.
∎ Advise and assisting production and quality department.
∎ Taking responsibility for finishing & inspections Planning.
∎ Prepare producers bill and arrange payment to producers.
