∎ Advanced Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose and repair complex issues with petrol, diesel, and hybrid engines. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Hybrid Vehicle Expertise: Perform maintenance and repairs on hybrid vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
∎ Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of workmanship and productivity.
∎ Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Conduct regular inspections to verify the accuracy and completeness of repairs.
∎ Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and recommended services. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
