∎ Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role in sales and customer engagement.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
∎ Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
∎ Proficiency in using basic Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
∎ Experience in drafting and managing customer contracts.
∎ Ability to analyse market data and provide actionable insights.
∎ Prior experience in customer onboarding and account management.

∎ Must possess a valid driving license for a motorbike.
∎ Should own or have access to a motorbike for daily field visits.
∎ Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and execute marketing activities.
∎ Prior experience in field marketing will be an advantage.
∎ Identify and contact new customers to promote the company’s products or services.
∎ Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and close sales.
∎ Negotiate, draft, and manage new contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Actively participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to expand customer base.
∎ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
∎ Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of customer agreements.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
