Job Responsibilities:
∎ BRAND:
∎ Arrive at a consumer validated brand communication strategy for Domino's. Identify and formulate the key pillars of the overall brand strategy.
∎ Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-Line with brand strategy.
∎ Drive social media pages and Online brand touchpoint.
∎ Brief the creative / Digital agency and oversee start to end creative asset development across ATL/ BTL campaigns, including leading associations, collaborations, driving innovations and 360-degree brand interventions

∎ MARKETING:
∎
∎ Chalk out the annual marketing calendar and formulate actionable marketing plans (ATL + BTL with a strong digital focus) to deliver on brand and business objectives
∎ Liaison with the internal research team to work out how consumer/ category insights feed into communication strategy and fine-tune creativity for better impact on brand and business goals
∎ Analyzing and reporting campaign performance and drawing learnings for future course of action
∎ Consistently work towards more innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead of the curve
∎ Work across data, performance & creativity to maximize impact for marketing campaigns. Lead web analytics and drive data-based decision-making.
∎ Navigate cross-functional relationships with inter-departments and Agency to solve problems or to up performance of marketing campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, E-Commerce, or Food & Beverages category.
∎ 3-5 years' exposure to digital marketing
∎ Understands best practices of content-led marketing, product marketing & effective use of social media channels
∎ Startup mentality - entrepreneurial with a "roll-up sleeves" attitude
∎ High bias for action, ability to think laterally & innovate
∎ Collaborative, with experience of working in a cross-functional team environment with multiple internal & external teams
∎ Good proficiency in English
∎ Need to be self-motivated and proactive
