Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals and effectively delegate the objective to the respective team members.
∎ Effectively collaborate with the teams to ensure that all corporate and marketing objectives are met.
∎ Development of the relationship, tie up, making agreement and maintaining relationship with the key players related with DocTime’s business growth.
∎ Weight distribution of allocated budget to the particular marketing campaigns.
∎ Planning for the offline marketing and execution.
∎ Lead, manage and execute of the day to day works of the Brand marketing department.
∎ Achieve and exceed brand objectives.
∎ Analyze potential threats underlying base of the business and make appropriate plan accordingly to resolve.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential business growth and act accordingly.
∎ Conduct business data analysis and preparing reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Lead generation efficiency through marketing.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ A good command in English language.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
