Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ CA (CC) from ICAB/ ACMA Part completed is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports.
∎ Capable to prepare financial cash flow, financial forecasting, budget & budgetary control of the whole accounts
∎ Prepare and maintain fixed assets register
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements
∎ Develop and implement an effective internal audit strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
∎ Perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.
∎ Monitor and control of all sub-contract work bills, fabric & accessories stock position.
∎ Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, ensure bank reconciliation and prepare financial reports for the management.
∎ Review and analyze financial statements, management reports, and other relevant documents to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Responsible to look after the banking, export, import related documents and procedures.
∎ Maintain and update entire accounts and finance related information in ERP/ Customized software and generate necessary reports as and when required.
∎ Monitor statement of LC and party wise receivable and documents updating with advice of commercial Department.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts and Finance, Internal Audit, Washing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software (ERP) and computer literacy.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks and recommend appropriate controls.
