Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise project activities.
∎ Planning & monitoring the progress of the project.
∎ Implement quality control procedures.
∎ To ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ Making an estimation of materials according to drawing & design.
∎ Detail estimation as well a s Preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased materials, quality specifications, delivery information, and maintain stock ledger.
∎ To prepare contractor bill as per quantity of completed job/works as terms and condition of Work order.
∎ Properly Handling manpower of construction site.
∎ To follow the work schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
∎ To see if work is going according to design or design.
∎ Ensure that the monthly goals are met for the construction work.
∎ Investigate the benefits and problems of construction project staff.
∎ Testing and accounting of construction materials (eg rod, cement and brick)..
∎ Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have sound knowledge on execution of all types of structural and finishing works of the residential and Commercial buildings.
∎ Have good knowledge on interior drawing and execution all types of interior work.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Knowledge having BNBC, AISC, AS, IS, AWS, ACI, ASTM will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
