Seeking a dynamic Investment Manager cum Financial Consultant to develop timely financial proposals for attracting investors. Must excel in finance, investment principles, and presentations using accounting data and visual aids to engage investors.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Manager cum Financial Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling financial offers and proposals with precise timelines to attract potential local and foreign investors. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of finance and investment principles, coupled with exceptional presentation skills to create professional and engaging presentations. These presentations must effectively incorporate accounting data, pie charts, and bar graphs to resonate with and motivate potential investors.

Responsibilities:

Develop Financial Proposals:

• Create clear and persuasive financial offers and proposals, tailored to secure funding from diverse investor pools.

  1. Ensure all proposals include specific dates and timelines for investment opportunities.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct thorough financial analyses to underpin the proposals, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data presented.

  1. Stay informed on market trends and investment opportunities to enhance proposal attractiveness.

Presentation Development:

• Design and deliver professional presentations that effectively communicate financial data through accounting figures, pie charts, and bar graphs

  1. Engage and captivate potential investors by presenting complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.

Investor Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign investors.

  1. Actively engage with investors to understand their needs and align proposals with their investment goals.
