Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from any public or reputed private university with Graphics Design Certification.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Create original and trend-driven- designs for melamine products such as plates, bowls, trays, and household items.
• Develop artwork for foil, decal or direct print applications on melamine surfaces.
• Work closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams to understand brand direction and market needs.
• Adapt and modify existing designs based on feedback from production and sales teams. Prepare accurate print-ready files, ensuring color accuracy and production feasibility.
• Collaborate with the printing and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth design transfer and final product quality.
• Stay updated with market  trends,  competitor  products, and global    design inspirations specific to household and kitchenware categories.
• Maintain an organized database of designs.
• Modify or update designs as per feedback
