Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert with professional level knowledge in using design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Preference given to those who are versed in in-design, 2D/3D design, and animation.
∎ Selected candidate will be responsible for designing brand assets such as packaging, leaflets, product catalogs, and multi-platform advertisements (including print, billboards and etc).
∎ Candidates will be required to help with agency briefs for contract-design work when deemed necessary by senior management (animations, website work, etc) and be able to maintain strong relations with fellow creatives
∎ Candidates will also need to efficiently communicate with multiple colleagues including brand managers, brand strategists and other members of the marketing team in order to brainstorm and generate collateral
∎ Day to day work include generating graphical content for print and social media
∎ Excellent knowledge of visualization.
∎ Candidates with web design and HTML skills, CAD design, 2D/3D design, and/or animation will be given a strong preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Proficiency in using design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
∎ Knowledge of standard software packages like, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat;
∎ Excellent writing and typing skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Knowledge of current design trends;
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects;
∎ Good interpersonal skills;
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player;
∎ Responsible for timely delivery of tasks and maintaining quality;
∎ Willingness to work overtime and on weekends if necessary;
