∎ 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on knit garments and knitwear collections.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for knit fabrics and garments.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
∎ Excellent understanding of garment construction, knitting techniques, and yarn characteristics.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver creative solutions within tight deadlines.
∎ Strong communication skills with an ability to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively with teams.
∎ Knowledge of print techniques and textile design software is a plus.

∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in knit garment products to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative and trend-forward designs specifically for knitwear. As a Senior Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring the highest quality and aesthetic in alignment with our brand vision. You will collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring exciting knitwear collections to life.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Design and Development: Lead the creation of original, trend-driven graphic designs for knit garments, including outerwear, innerwear and accessories.
∎ Conceptualization: Generate and present innovative design concepts, mood boards, and sketches based on market research, seasonal trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Technical Design: Work closely with pattern makers, technical designers, and manufacturers to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into production-ready garments.
∎ Material Knowledge: Utilize a deep understanding of knit fabrics, yarns, textures, and finishes to create designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective.
∎ Color & Print Development: Develop color palettes, graphic prints, patterns, and textures for knit garments, ensuring consistency across all product lines.
∎ Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure that designs meet business objectives and align with brand strategy.
∎ Trend Analysis: Conduct regular market and trend analysis to stay up-to-date with knitwear and fashion trends, applying this knowledge to inform future collections.
∎ Brand Identity: Ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand’s aesthetic, values, and market positioning.
