Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Accounting from reputed public or private universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act while maintaining wholesale and retail transactions.
∎ Maintain proper compliance to record all import documents and Handel correspondence related to import vat and tax.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT and Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Mushuk 6.1, 6.2, 6.3,6.4,6.5,6.6 & 6.7 and the ability to prepare and maintain all kinds of Mushuk .
∎ Ensure products receive & dispatch with proper Mushak Challan.
∎ Preparation and submission of annual TAX return and related documents to TAX authority in a timely manner for both company and management.
∎ Keep all the vat & tax registered updated, issue vat and tax treasury Challan and deposit to the government exchequer through bank on time.
∎ Preparation of monthly proper TDS/VDS against supplier/service provider
∎ Prepare and submit Vat return (Mushuk 9.1) for vat authority on time.
∎ Liaising and maintaining all tax and vat-related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities and tax advisors to obtain tax exemptions in applicable cases.
∎ Handle vat & Tax related audits conducted by NBR authorities, AG, and other government agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have experience in commercial-related work will be added advantage.
